Set up your shop page
Give buyers one link with your products, photos, options and prices, and share it in posts, chats and on packaging.
Your shop page is a page anyone can open without signing in, at getfom.com/s/your-shop. It lists your products with their photos, options and prices, and shows what's in stock. Buyers add items to an order and send it to you by chat or with a delivery form; see Orders from your shop page.
Before you start
- Setting up the shop page needs the Owner or Manager role.
- It comes with Products, so it's on every plan that has Products.
- Add products first, ideally with photos.
Turn it on
Open Settings and choose the Shop page tab.
Check the Page address. FOM suggests one from your shop name; change it to something short buyers can type, such as ma-aye. You'll see whether it's free as you type.
Turn on Show my shop page and click Save shop page.
Click Open page to see it as buyers do.
Changing the address
Links and QR codes you've already shared stop working when you change the address.
How it looks
In How the page looks:
- Logo: a square image works best. Without one, the page shows your shop's initials.
- About your shop: what you sell, where you deliver, whether you take COD.
- City and Phone for calls: the phone adds a Call button.
- Colour: used for buttons and badges. Text on it stays readable whichever colour you pick.
Chat buttons and the delivery form
In Chat buttons, tick the apps buyers can message you on. Only connected apps are listed: Messenger, Telegram or Viber.
Turn on Delivery form if buyers may also send their name, phone and address without chatting.
What the page shows
- Every active product is shown. To leave one off, open it in Products and turn off Show on shop page. The products list then says Not on shop page.
- Hide sold-out products leaves out products with nothing in stock. Otherwise they show with a Sold out badge.
- Buyers never see your stock numbers, costs or SKUs. When an option runs low, they see Only 3 left or similar.
- Let search engines find this page is on by default. Turn it off to share the page only by link.
Share it
- Copy link and paste it in your Facebook posts, Page bio and chats.
- Download QR poster saves an image with your shop name, a QR code and the address, for your counter or packaging.
- Links to one product (open it, then copy the address) show that product's photo when shared in chats.
When the page is turned off, buyers who open the link see that it isn't available.
