Connect Viber

Connect your Viber bot with its authentication token, so Viber chats arrive in FOM.

Customers message your shop through a Viber bot. FOM connects to it with the bot's authentication token.

Before you start

You must be the shop Owner or a Manager, your plan needs a free channel (see Add-ons), and you need a Viber bot and its authentication token from Viber's partner dashboard.

Open Integrations in the sidebar.

On the Viber card, paste the token into Viber auth token.

Click Connect Viber.

"Viber auth token is required" or the token is rejected

Copy the full token from the Viber dashboard. If the token was changed there, connect again with the new one.

Connect Telegram

Create a Telegram bot with @BotFather and connect it, so customers can message your shop on Telegram.

Reply templates

Save replies you send often, add the customer's name or tracking link automatically, and insert them in any chat with /.
