Low stock and archiving
Find products that are running out, get alerts, and hide products you no longer sell.
See what's running low
- In Products, use the Low stock filter.
- Badges show Low stock and Out of stock.
- Home in the app lists Low stock under Needs attention.
A product option is "low" when its stock drops to or below its Warn at level (or to 0 if you didn't set one). Set the level when you add or edit the product.
Low-stock alerts
When an option crosses its warning level, FOM sends an in-app notification and a push to staff who manage products. You get one alert when it crosses, not one for every order after. Tapping it opens the low-stock list.

Archive a product
To stop selling a product without losing its history, click Archive on it. Archived products no longer appear when making orders. Find them with the Archived filter and click Restore to bring one back.
Who can do this
Archiving and restoring needs the Owner or Manager role.
