Add-ons
Add staff seats or messaging channels to your plan, or remove them.

Not available on iPhone and iPad
Create your account, add shops and pay on the web (getfom.com) or in the Android app. In the iOS app, sign in with an existing account.
Before you start
Add-ons need a paid plan and the Owner role.
Open Billing and click Change plan or add-ons. Choose Keep your plan to change only add-ons.
Under Add-ons, set how many you want in total with the + and − buttons.
Check the summary, click Continue and pay the invoice.
- Adding charges only for the days left in your period, and starts once paid.
- Removing takes effect at your next period, with nothing to pay.
Fewer seats than staff
If your next period has fewer seats than active staff, the newest staff become read-only from that date. The Billing page lets you Choose who stays or Keep more seats.
