The 7-day free trial, the Shop plan, add-ons, and how payment works.
Every new shop starts with a 7-day free trial. After that, choose the Shop plan, monthly or yearly, and add staff seats or channels only when you need them.

No card is needed for the trial. Each owner gets one free trial; a second shop starts without one.
Add-ons
Add-ons are monthly, and you can add or remove them at any time from Billing.

How you pay
FOM bills by invoice, and you pay each invoice by scanning an MMQR code with your mobile wallet or banking app (through MyanMyanPay). No card is needed.
- Open the invoice in Billing on the web portal or the Android app.
- Generate the QR code and scan it with your wallet app.
- The page updates by itself once the payment arrives, and the receipt is ready as a PDF.
QR codes are valid for a short time. If one expires, generate a new one from the same invoice.
When a subscription ends
If an invoice isn't paid, your shop gets a short grace period. After that, the shop is paused: your data is kept, but only Billing and Settings stay open until you pay. Paying reopens everything.
If you reduce staff seats below the number of active staff, the newest staff become read-only from the next billing period unless you keep more seats.
