How FOM works
The path from a customer's chat message to a delivered, paid order, and where each FOM feature fits.
Every order in FOM follows the same path. Each step below links to the part of FOM that handles it.
A customer messages your shop
Messages from Messenger, Telegram and Viber arrive in one Inbox. Saved replies and auto-replies answer common questions, like prices or delivery fees, quickly.
You turn the chat into an order
Tap Make an order from this chat and pick the messages that hold the order. FOM drafts it: customer name, phone, township, address, items and prices. Anything FOM isn't sure about is left blank for you to fill in.
Returning customers are found by phone number. Items can be picked from your products, which fills in the price and links the stock.
You confirm the order
Check the draft and save it. Each order shows one next step, so new staff don't have to guess:
New → Confirmed → Out for delivery → Delivered
Confirming takes the items from stock. You can also cancel an order, which puts the stock back.
You deliver and get paid
Assign the delivery to a staff member or rider. Mark the payment method and whether the order is paid or COD (cash on delivery). Download an invoice as a PDF or image to send to the customer.
The customer can follow the order through a tracking link. FOM adds it to the automatic "confirmed" and "out for delivery" messages, or you can share it yourself.
You see how the shop is doing
Reports show sales, orders and customers by day, week and month in your shop's time zone. Export orders, customers or deliveries as CSV whenever you need them.
