Glossary
The words FOM uses, in English and Myanmar, so you can follow the docs in either language.
FOM uses the same words in the app, the web portal and these docs. Use this list when you switch languages.
Orders
| English | Myanmar | Meaning |

| Order | အော်ဒါ | One customer purchase, with items, delivery and payment |
| New | အသစ် | An order that hasn't been confirmed yet |
| Confirmed | အတည်ပြုပြီး | Accepted by the shop; stock is taken |
| Out for delivery | ပို့ဆောင်နေ | On its way to the customer |
| Delivered | ရောက်ပြီ | Received by the customer |
| Cancelled | ပယ်ဖျက်ပြီး | Won't be delivered; stock is put back |
| COD | COD (ပစ္စည်းရောက် ငွေချေ) | Cash on delivery: the customer pays when the order arrives |
| Paid | ငွေရပြီး | The order's payment has been received |
| Invoice | ငွေတောင်းခံလွှာ | The order document you send the customer |
| Tracking link | ခြေရာခံ လင့်ခ် | A page where the customer follows their order |

| Delivery | ပို့ဆောင်မှု | Taking an order to the customer |
| Report | အစီရင်ခံစာ | Sales and orders over a day, week or month |
| Export | ဒေတာထုတ်ယူမှု | Downloading data as a CSV file |
Team and account
