Join a shop as staff
Accept an invite from a shop owner or manager, set up your sign-in, and open the shop.
Staff join a shop by invite. You don't need to create an account first.
Before you start
Ask the owner or a manager to invite you using your email. Trial shops are owner-only, so the shop must be on a paid plan.
Open the invite email and click the link. The page Join your shop name shows who invited you, your Role and when the invite expires.
If you're new to FOM, fill in Set up your sign-in: your name and a password.
Click Join shop name. The shop's dashboard opens.
If you don't want to join, choose Decline invite (web) or Decline (app).
Invite expired or not working?
An invite stops working when it expires, is revoked, or was already used. Ask the owner to resend it.
