Create your account
Sign up as a shop owner on the web or in the Android app, the first step before setting up your shop.
The shop owner creates the FOM account. Staff don't sign up themselves; they join by invite.
Before you start
You need an email address you can open now (FOM sends a code to it) and a password of at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
Not available on iPhone and iPad
Go to getfom.com and click Start free trial, or open getfom.com/register. The page is titled Start your shop.
Fill in Your name, Email and Password.
Complete the Security check and tick the box to agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Click Create account. FOM sends a 6-digit code to your email and opens the next step, verify your email.
Use an email you check
You'll need a verified email to create your shop, invite staff and pay. If you typed it wrong, you can change it on the next step.
