Notifications
Read your notifications, and choose which ones you get in FOM and by email.
Your notifications
Open Notifications (web) or More → Notifications (app). Filter by category, and use Mark all read to clear them.
Choose what you get
In Notifications, open Notification preferences. For each category, turn In-app and Email on or off:

Push notifications on your phone
The app asks to send notifications after you sign in; allow it. A category's push notifications follow its in-app setting. Push for new chat messages is always on, so you don't miss customers.
If you denied it, turn notifications on for FOM in your phone's settings.
