Print labels and invoices

Print a packing label for the parcel and an invoice to put inside, for one order or many at once.

After packing, print a packing label to stick on the parcel and, if you like, an invoice to put inside.

  • The packing label has the receiver's name, phone, township and address, and a large box for the rider:

    • Collect and the amount, for cash on delivery and orders with no payment method yet;
    • PAID, when the order is paid;
    • Not paid yet, when a transfer (KBZPay, WavePay and others) is still pending. The rider should check before handing the parcel over.

    It also has your shop name and phone, the order number and date, the note, and a QR code to the order's tracking page. The items are listed too, unless you turn that off in printer setup. Prices are never printed on labels.

  • The invoice has the items, prices, delivery fee, total and how the order is paid.

Before you start

Anyone who can see orders can print. Choose your paper sizes once in printer setup.

Open the order and click Print, then Packing label or Invoice.

A new tab opens with the label in your default paper, and the print dialog opens. To use other paper, change Paper at the top of the tab, then click Print again.

Choose your printer. Set the margins to None, and for a thermal printer pick the paper width that matches.

The Print menu also shows when the label was last printed.

In Orders, tick the orders to print, up to 100.

Click Print labels or Print invoices. You get one label or invoice for each order.

To find parcels you haven't labelled yet, choose Not printed in the filter next to the channel, then click Filter. You can keep it as a saved view.

Printed orders

Each print is recorded. In the orders list, an order whose label has been printed shows Label printed: under the order number on the web, and next to it in the app. Printing never changes the order, and you can print again whenever you need.

Closing the print dialog

On the web, closing the print dialog marks the orders as printed even if you didn't print. Print them again if needed.
