When your plan ends
The grace period, what happens when a shop is paused, and how to reopen it.
Before it ends
If Automatic renewal is off, a banner warns you in the last 3 days: Your plan ends in N days. With renewal on, the renewal invoice is ready 3 days before; pay it to continue without a break.
Grace period
After a paid plan ends, everything keeps working for 3 more days. A banner shows Your plan has ended with Renew now. (The free trial has no grace period.)
Paused shop
After the grace period the shop is paused. On the web, a full screen asks you to Choose a plan to continue, and only Billing and Settings open. Your orders, customers and chats are kept safe.
Reopen it
Choose a plan (Choose this plan) or open Billing.
Access comes back automatically once the payment is confirmed.
