Pay with MMQR
Pay a FOM invoice by scanning an MMQR code with your mobile wallet or banking app, and get your receipt.
You pay each FOM invoice by scanning an MMQR code (through MyanMyanPay) with a mobile wallet or banking app. No card is needed.
Not available on iPhone and iPad
Open the invoice from Billing → Invoices, or right after creating it.
Click Generate QR. The QR code appears with Scan to pay with MyanMyanPay and a countdown (Expires in).
Open your wallet or banking app and scan the code. To pay from the same phone, use Download QR image or Open payment link.
Wait on the page. It changes to Payment received by itself once the money arrives.
Download your receipt with Receipt PDF.
If something goes wrong
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| This code has expired | Codes last about 5 minutes. Click Generate new code and scan again. |
| Payment failed | No money was taken. Click Try again. |
| Payment not received | If you paid, wait a minute and refresh. If it still shows unpaid, contact us with your invoice number. |
| Replaced | A newer invoice replaced this one. Pay the newer one. |
When the invoice is paid, your plan or add-ons start straight away (or on the date shown, for an early renewal).
