Broadcasts to staff
Send an announcement to your staff's phones and inbox, now or at a set time.
A broadcast is a message from the owner to the shop's staff, such as a new delivery rule or holiday hours. It goes to their FOM notifications and as a push to their phones. Customers don't see it.
Before you start
Broadcasts need the Owner role.
Open Notifications → Broadcasts (web) or More → Broadcasts (app) and choose New broadcast.
Write a Title and Body. Optionally add an action button with a label and the page it opens.
Leave Send time empty to keep it as a draft, or set a time to schedule it. Tick Include the shop owner to get it yourself too.
Click Save broadcast, then Send. FOM shows how many people and devices it will reach; confirm with Send now.
The list shows each broadcast's status (Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent, Failed or Cancelled) and how many people and devices received it. A scheduled broadcast can be stopped with Cancel broadcast.
