Activity log
See who changed what in your shop, when, and from where.
The activity log records changes to your shop, such as orders, customers, products, staff and settings, with the person, time and IP address.
Before you start
The activity log is on the web and needs the Owner role.
Open Audit Logs in the sidebar (under System).
Filter by search text, person, action, type of item, or date (From and To, in UTC), then click Filter.
Click View details on an entry to see the values before and after the change.
Use Export CSV to download the entries. Times show in Myanmar time, and entries are kept for 365 days. Passwords and other secrets are never recorded.
